Terms of Use
All artwork, images, and content on this website are © Sarah Escott / STUDIO SE and may not be reproduced, copied, or used in any form without prior written permission. Purchase of a print or original artwork grants ownership of the physical item only; copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. Colours may vary slightly from screen to print due to differences in display settings. Prints are made to order and are non-refundable except in the case of damage or fault, which must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Please allow up to 10 working days for despatch, and note that delivery timeframes may vary for international orders.
Commissions
Commissioned artwork is undertaken at the artist's discretion following an initial discussion of the brief, size, medium and price. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required before work begins, with the balance due on completion and prior to delivery or collection. While every effort is made to reflect the client's wishes, the artist retains full creative control over the final piece, and commissions cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has commenced. Estimated completion times will be discussed at the outset but may vary. Copyright in commissioned work remains with the artist, who reserves the right to photograph and display the piece for portfolio, promotional and exhibition purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Data & Privacy
If you sign up to receive news and updates, your email address will be used solely for that purpose and will not be shared with third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email received. Any personal information provided when placing an order or making an enquiry (such as name, address and contact details) will be used only to fulfil that order or respond to your enquiry, and will be handled in accordance with UK data protection law (UK GDPR).

Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are made and despatched with care, and please allow up to 10 working days for processing before your order is shipped. UK orders are sent via [courier/Royal Mail] and typically arrive within 3-5 working days of despatch; international orders may take 10-14 working days depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination. Original artworks and larger prints may require additional packing time and specialist courier services, and delivery timeframes for these will be confirmed individually. STUDIO SE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control, though we will do our best to assist if an issue arises.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
All artwork and prints are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sarah.studiose@gmail.com, including your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
Returns
Original artworks and prints are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in cases of damage or fault as set out above. If you have any concerns about your order, please get in touch before purchasing and we will be happy to answer any questions about size, medium or finish. Commissioned work is subject to the separate terms outlined in our Commissions section and cannot be returned once completed.
International Orders
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged upon arrival in their country. These charges are not included in the order or shipping cost and vary by destination.
